Cha-cha's Tacos - Gary

Nice low key restaurant, with friendly cashier/waitress. I ordered the vegetarian nachos.

Solid....1$ tacos daily...pretty small though if you have a large group... But they were pretty tasty. The Chicago style menu was impressive. Restaurant was a pretty nice size and looked clean. I'd go back if I were in the area.

Tasteless tacos. The $1.00 tacos are mini tacos and NOT whole. I ordered 3 hard shell tacos and the shells were extra hard. I paid $0.89 for a what was supposed to be a cup of sour cream and it was two of those tiny cups watery sour cream. NEVER AGAIN. I guess that's why when passing that restaurant there is never people in there. NEVER AGAIN!

Not only the wait was extremely long but the employees were very rude. I requested to dine in and later was told that they ran out of salsa with the chips. I requested at least the chips and the cashier responded why would you want the chips without the salsa. I replied well I paid for it and still have to wait for my sit in order. After I asked for the manager, the cashier stated he was busy. I end up taking my food to go. THIS PLACE HAS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BE PREPARED IF YOU COME HERE

This place used to be a great place to eat. But in the last month or so you can never get anyone to answer the phone!! I have called at least 10 times from different phones every time I have tried to order! They have lost out on a lot of money I have a really big family and spend lots of money to order food!!!
