Pretty good taco bell. I like how the inside area is laid out where you can see them making the tacos. I had an issue with ordering on the app, so that was annoying. I had to use the kiosk inside, which was fast and easy, but it doesn't link to my account so I couldn't use my points or bonus.Parking: Decent parking area. Pretty easy to navigate. They always get my order wrong and it took them 35 minutes to complete my mobile/pick up order.
Extremely long drive thru wait not busy at all you lost 3 customers that were behind me ridiculous it takes 10+ minutes just to order!
I ordered online, and since it takes me about 10 minutes to get there, I waited a bit before leaving. So I expected my order to be ready when I arrived, but I still had to wait. What's the point of ordering online if the food isn't prepared on time? I ordered three different combo meals, but instead of coming in boxes, they were all just thrown into one bag. With a line behind me, I couldn't check to ensure everything was included. If the items are meant to come in boxes, they should. When I got home, I discovered that I was missing three items. I tried to reach out to customer service, but the submission wouldn't go through. I’m really frustrated with fast food places that just don’t seem to care.
I placed a mobile order for pickup, but when I arrived, they informed me that they were not accepting mobile orders or debit card transactions because their system was down. I understand that technical issues can happen, but this situation could have been avoided if they had simply disabled mobile ordering. I asked how long it would take for the refund to process back to my card, and the cashier said she didn't know because it’s a separate system. I was really not happy with that at all. I won’t be returning; it was a huge waste of my time, and they didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know.
