I was at the restaurant to try dry age beef and I choose Rib Eye. It was very delicate and tasty. I must say my experience with this restaurant that I will be back for more good experience. I can recommend it. And good prices.
Very good hotel for a comfortable stay. Very quiet and very clean. Good design of the rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. A delicious breakfast:
General Today A business trip led me to the Südoldenburger Marschland. The closing of the business appointment was a joint lunch. Service We were kindly received by the service personnel. The coachroom was reserved for us. The workers kept themselves discreet in the background, were attentive and always there when we needed them. The dishes were not somehow placed on the table before the guest, but were served professionally. There was an explanation for every gang through service. That's a good service. Food The five-page menu is clear and offers a good selection of different dishes where every guest should find something for themselves. The focus is on steak and carving dishes. We served a pre-ordered menu. Potato soup, turkey steak, turkey cordon beef, fresh peatlings, rosemary apron, roast potatoes, herbal butter and a small salad plate The potato ruffle soup was nicely related and equipped with a large cream hood. She tasted very good. The main dish was beautifully executed. The turkey steak was pretty fried. The plaster cordbleu was also optimally prepared. The fresh seedlings were cleaned well. There was no sand grain. This is not often found by the guest. Pifferlings were served with a light brown sauce. The salad plate corresponded to my favorite salad variant. A fresh, crisp raw food salad with light balsamicodressing. Vanilla ice cream was served with Rhabarber compote and cream to complete this successful lunch. Have fun. Ambiente The Kutscherstube was decorated with dark brown shelf and cabinet elements in a noble rustic style. The tables were covered with white tablecloths and fabric napkins, stains, wine and colourful water glasses. That looked very appealing. The floor (laminate) is easy to care. We sat on barely cut armchairs, whose reference material was held in a light brown tone. Overall, the facility was well suited for the topic of Kutscherstube. Cleanliness As far as I can see, cleanliness was impeccable. Price/Performance reasonable Final remark I have rarely experienced such a harmonious performance of kitchen and service. The restaurant is worth a recommendation.
Heute führte mich eine Geschäftsreise ins Südoldenburger Marschland. Den Abschluss des Geschäftstermines bildete ein gemeinsames Mittagessen. Wir wurden freundlich von den Servicemitarbeitern in Empfang genommen und in der Kutscherstube platziert. Der Service war aufmerksam und professionell, die Speisen wurden ansprechend serviert und jede Speise wurde erklärt. Die Speisekarte war übersichtlich und bot eine gute Auswahl an Steak- und Schnitzelgerichten. Wir genossen ein vorbestelltes Menü mit Kartoffel-Rüppchen-Suppe, Putensteak, Puten cordon bleu, Pfifferlingen, Rosmarinkartoffeln, Röstitalern, Kräuterbutter und einem Salatteller. Das Essen war köstlich und gut angerichtet. Das Ambiente der Kutscherstube war edel-rustikal und sehr ansprechend. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angemessen. Insgesamt eine harmonische Leistung von Küche und Service, die eine Empfehlung wert ist.
Ich gehe deren da hin zum Brunchen.Es ist reichlich da, alles was man gern zum Frühstück mag.Reichlich Auswahl. Und freundlich dazu
