Twice we called the restaurant the day before to confirm if it would be open, they told us it would be open until 4:30 pm, we went there and it was closed. The last time, we arrived at 3pm and they were no longer accepting customers. We explained that we had confirmed opening hours the day before and instead of making a concession out of respect for the customer as there were still a lot of people being served they simply replied: Yes, but it 's already closed . We made a point of going to the restaurant when we were in Garopaba. We won 't go anymore.
