I wanted to pay and get my rewards on the wendys app, but the woman started yelling at me and saying you can 't do that. The other guy said ?sorry for that men? and he was going to give me myburgers and the lady bounced him out of her hands so he wouldn 't give me and closed the drive thru glass. She started yellingthat she was going to call the police because I asked her why she was a racist (I am Hispanic), it was very offensive on herpart... terrible service, and I feel very bad that there are still people like that especially in that place. Even though is was 12am and I'm sure they were ready to go home they didn't letthat stop them from delivering A1 customer service!

He scratched his head and then answered a phone call, after which he took off his gloves. What surprised me was that he didn’t wash his hands afterward. You might be curious about how I witnessed all of this—I was in the drive-thru, and a delivery truck was present, so the back door was open.

The fries and nuggets were cold and stale, and the mozzarella chicken sandwich was incredibly dry. To make matters worse, both of my lemonades were filled to the brim with ice, despite my request for light ice. I'm really let down, and this isn't the first time I've encountered issues like this during the closing shift.
