Waffle House - Garner

No cook to be seen. Waitress was outside smoking. When she finally came in she served people that came I after me. She took all the orders, and then started to cook. The food was either undercooked, and some parts of it was burned. It was very obvious that she didn’t care. I was on my way home from a business trip, and wanted a quick bite to eat. I was there for 35 minutes and didn’t get my food. When she prepared my meal, the meat was burned and the hashbrowns for nasty. It was very disappointing, I ended up leaving.

Food was delicious! Our waitress Pam was absolutely great! But management was not the best.

Zero stars! I wanted to order food. I killed a rach before I paid for my lunch. it was taken directly at the front counter in front of the women who were my order. I showed her the villain and she said, "Oh, I'm sorry, you still wanted to place your order I said no and went out. that was nothing new for this woman....absolutely disgusting?

So as me and a friend are waiting for our food , this little roach comes out of the napkin holder, so I said excuse me can I get someone over here to my table and was asked why, then that’s when I responded you have a roach over here , I then proceeded to pay for my drinks and the waitress told me to go ahead I was good, but as I was walking out she got smart and was saying things. So yeah health department will be called . I will never show my face there again

8pm waffle House at 40/42 wasn't good, didn't get drinks untill food was ready, had to keep asking for things we ordered, waitress kept getting missing and we were the only 4 people in there. The cook did a great job though.
