What Anonym dislikes about Panera Bread:
I ordered two cinnamon crunch bagels, but when I got them, one half was missing. So, I ended up with just half a bagel on the ground. Usually, if a bagel is cut improperly, they would replace it with a whole one. It was odd that one person was taking orders while another was filling them. It?s really hard to say this because we LOVE Panera but? this location has gone downhill in the past few years. Prices have increased (understandably with inflation) but the portion sizes have almost been cut in half-pictured. The dressing containerfor take-out orders had barely a tablespoon of dressing in it. Additionally, I always ask for one single specific item (whichthe app allows for so it shouldn?t be uncommon or unreasonable) that has completely been ignored several times with noexplanation. Unfortunately, It hasn?t been worth the drive or the money in the past few visits.

They never have enough help. Sometimes the will close mid-day or close the drive up. They will have you pull up to wait for order and never bring it out. The list of negatives goes on and on. How does this pizza make it to a customer looking like this?Very poor management! I would close up shop and reopen once under control with new management help!

Both of the sliced cinnamon crunch bagels I received were missing the bottom half; it seemed like they were hastily sliced, leaving me with just a piece of one bagel. I would expect that if half of a bagel is missing, the staff would offer a replacement with a whole (sliced) bagel. Additionally, isn't it standard procedure for one person to take orders while another fulfills them? I simply wanted an extra cream cheese cup, and I ended up waiting for five minutes for something that should have taken less than 30 seconds. This was especially frustrating since I had already placed my order for the baker's dozen Tuesday special online.

I rated this place two stars mainly because the young lady at the window was incredibly sweet. The last time I visited, I ordered the Green Goddess salad, but the avocados were so unripe that they were practically inedible, so I had to pick them out. I brushed it off, thinking that even the best restaurants can have an off day. However, during my visit this evening, I ordered the same salad again, which I really enjoy, and over the years, I've had no complaints—until now. I bit into an avocado chunk that was not only unripe but also unpeeled. I would much prefer if the kitchen simply told me they were out of avocados when I ordered. I would still make a purchase rather than having to deal with a hard, unpeeled piece. This is a basic issue that shouldn't happen. Two visits in a row with problems.

I hadn’t even noticed the sink before, despite being a regular at this location since it opened. Spencer should be a model for the other employees; he really brightened my day! Great job, Spencer!
