Spoiled tea alert!I have never seen Mango milk tea like this! Looks like milk got curdle. When I told the server it's looking bad , She said it looks like this only when we add milk. Very disappointing Service.Edit-First of all server never told me adding milk to tea causes curdle. She didn't say, cream they put in my drink Is brand new. When I requested her to make milk tea, She should have informed me , Mango with milk will cause curdle. I am not spreading rumors. I added review for bad service. Because when I reach out to server and said tea looks bad. She said it's normal. I am a customer not chef . I Don't know what causes which effects and what goes to their drinks. It's business reposonsibility to educate customers. Many boba tea cafes make mango milk teas and I never seen their tea getting curdle. If your ingredients has problems then please inform customer. Don't blame customers.

I enjoy the quality of their specialty drinks and the fun collaborations that they take part in. However, I like more customization with my drinks/ bobba and I don't feel that moo moo cha offers a lot of selections or customization.

Atmosphere was very fun and cute, loved all of the hello kitty decor and the Sanrio themed menu. Staff wasn’t inviting at all, didn’t really acknowledge us or say anything at all. The only thing she said was my total when I had finished ordering, felt very judgy to be honest. Got the my melody smoothie/frappe and it was very good, but the Thai tea we got really was not. Every Thai tea I get tastes generally the same and this one tasted almost sour in a way.

The boba and snacks are quite good, but I noticed a sign at the cashier that says something like, "Please let us know if you want bubbles; we’re not mind readers." It feels a bit passive-aggressive, don’t you think?
