It was a new experience, in that I?ve never paid $9.99 for a fast food hamburger before. There was absolutely nothing special about this burger, except that they smothered itin condiments for me and the fries and drink weren?t covered in the price. That?s right, we paid an additional $6.99 for aregular fry and what came out was?.well, I?m providing a picture. The only people who didn?t leave hungry were my girls,because there is no kids? menu. If you?re thinking paying a full $20 for a meal isn?t bad, remember that you have to sitcafeteria style, next to strangers, with all the ambiance of a factory cafeteria. I don?t feel like this is an experience mylife needed and I won?t be going back.

I will say that the first person I spoke to was nice and she took our order. The burger was made as I ordered it, the fries were fresh cut potatoes as I had beentold although I feel they could have been cooked a little longer. Overall the food was okay not great as everyone made it soundlike it was. I just don't think it was worth the over $40 I paid for 2 burgers, 2 orders of fries and 2 lg. drinks. Thanks forthe great service but next time I will go to Cookout and spend half the money.

An employee handed me a milkshake with shake dripping off of it and then gave me a paper towel to wipe it off myself. I found it unacceptable that they didn't take care of it for me. I am determined to never come back to this place again. Additionally, the wait for food was incredibly long. The staff seemed more interested in socializing than actually working.

My... read more I’ve always enjoyed Five Guys, but this visit was probably my worst experience there. The chocolate shake was very thin and runny, more like chocolate milk. My burger came in three separate pieces, and one of them fell apart as I picked it up. The fries were overcooked and very dark brown. Hopefully, this was just an off night. I plan to return in a few days to see if things improve and will update my review accordingly.

The burgers are cooked to perfection, and they serve generous portions of fries. When you order for pickup, they wait to prepare the fries until you arrive, which is a smart approach. The staff are always friendly and welcoming!
