Divano's Pizzeria - Garner

This place is downhill. We just ordered our Italian food from here. Today, when I came in, I was greeted with an attitude. I just ordered a simple Ziti with Marinara sauce. 20 minutes later I went to pick up my order, and it was wrong, but the lady at the front counter had told my husband that what I got was as I had ordered. She was reluctant to fix it and unapologetic. Once we picked it up again, it was still wrong, but I didn't want to win this fight, so I left. It won't be back. Not recommended.

I always had great experiences here and today was terrible. After my order at 3:56 I was informed that it would be ready at 4:46. My wife waits in the car and at 4:57 a.m. goes to the house to get the food and was told that the order was not suspended and they regretted that they would just start the order. My wife waits for another 20 minutes in the car and then gets it. I saw a $8.50 cent loan on a $57 dollar order plus tip. I called the store directly and asked how they got up with the loan amount and said I had to talk to a manager. A lady picked up the phone and said she was the manager Eliza and told me that the loan was good because we got the food. Her attitude was terrible on the phone and the way she talked to me was very disrespectful and unneededed. I told her how she talked to me and she said that she didn't care and that she put me in the hand without telling me something and said I would get a call from someone else. I told her that her attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never allow one of my employees to ever talk to a customer or guest as they did. I don't write many reviews, and this place was always a really good place to have employees like these run customers is probably the result here. It's a bad experience costs a business money, but I won't recommend this place to everyone, even though I've been here for years. It is sad to lose this place, knowing that it was a top choice for me and my family.

I like eating at Divano's! The slices of pizza are huge, so I just one piece the quality of ingredients is obvious how good the pizza tastes! Very recommended?

Absolutely perfect! We stayed tonight (Sunday) at 630 a.m.... welcomed immediately and able to order 3 slices of cheese pizza! Great customer service and delicious food! Definitely recommend!

First visit. Had ziti and sweet sausage. The portion was nice. The pasta was cooked just about perfectly. Could have been drained a little better. The sausage was adequate as was the sauce. The sauce could benefit from a little reduction. Wasn't expecting the salad, guess I missed that on the menu. The shop appears fairly clean. All in all, a passing grade. Perhaps spaghetti next visit.
