However, this partic... read more Why can't they get it right? I've visited Chick-fil-A locations all over the Raleigh area, and they are usually fast, fresh, and efficient. However, this particular store is, by far, the absolute worst! I waited in line for five minutes while the only order taker flirted with a customer. There were only two cars in front of me, and one of them drove away. This location is convenient for work, and everyone I know complains about the terrible lines and service. After a frustrating 13 minutes, I finally received my breakfast and coffee. Thankfully, this time the correct food was in the bag. Jerry Coleman, you need to train your staff better or consider leaving the fast food business!

While they were organized and efficient, it didn’t matter much when I didn’t receive a straw for my milkshake, the dipping sauce I had requested for my nuggets, or any napkins. Thankfully, I had a fork on hand to enjoy my milkshake before it melted!

When we opened it up, she received a sandwich wit... read more Update: Two weeks later, I ordered a salad and a spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese for my daughter. When we opened it up, she received a sandwich with grilled chicken, bacon, and some other cheese instead! I can't comprehend how this restaurant is still in business. To make matters worse, they only offer replacements that require you to waste gas and go back to pick them up. I’m completely done with this place!

The young lady taking orders outside greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
