When we opened it up, she received a sandwich wit... read more Update: Two weeks later, I ordered a salad and a spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese for my daughter. When we opened it up, she received a sandwich with grilled chicken, bacon, and some other cheese instead! I can't comprehend how this restaurant is still in business. To make matters worse, they only offer replacements that require you to waste gas and go back to pick them up. I’m completely done with this place!

On my most recent visit, (August 27, 2022) the service in the drive through was too slow. The wait time was about 20 minutes to get to the window to pick up the food. When I got homeand opened my bag, nothing was fresh but the fries. I also ordered a Chicken Sandwich Deluxe and requested extra pickles onthe sandwich. When I opened my sandwich, there wasn?t any lettuce nor tomato. There was just and old slice of melted cheeseand a very dark chicken patty. There were no extra pickles. The sandwich looked like it had sat under the warmer for two days. I ordered a brownie as well, which is usually moist, but not this brownie. The thing was old and dried out. Look like it wasabout two weeks old. I even placed it in my microwave to heat it up to see if that would help. No, it was still dry as thedesert in Iraq. I do not recommend this location at all. Message to Chic-fil-A: If you are going to charge premium prices foritems on your menu, make sure the food is fresh. Stop serving some old and outdated food that has been sitting around for days. You are supposed to be a Christian based company, so please live up to your standards.

To start we weren?t greeted upon entering nor was assistance offered. We had to tell the representative that we had a mobile order. Hedidn?t say a word of acknowledgment. He instead turned around and told another representative that we had a carry out order. Shethen handed us our order without saying a word. What I mean in that regard is that she didn?t thank us for placing an order nordid she tell us to come again. She literally said nothing. Notwithstanding my daughter and I remained courteous in thanking themand telling them to have a good night to which they still didn?t respond. To make matters even worse, our food wasn?t even freshand hot. I?m totally confused in leaving this review because it seems more like McDonald?s as opposed to Chick-fil-A. That itand of itself is sad to say. Needless to say, we will be forgoing this Chick-fil-A in the future.
