The staff is friendly and attentive, and the chef really understands how to balance spice levels. I've never had a bad meal here.

You can choose one or two bowls and fill them with your favorite m... read more I absolutely adore Bali Hai! The food is incredibly tasty and the prices are very reasonable. You can choose one or two bowls and fill them with your favorite meats and vegetables—pack as much as you can fit! The quality of the meat is excellent, and it's frozen when you add it to your bowl, unlike other Mongolian grills where the meat is left out at room temperature for who knows how long—definitely unappetizing. Additionally, the vegetables are always fresh. The sauces are fantastic, and you can opt for no spices or load up on them as you wish. I've dined at the Durham location, the old Raleigh spot, and now this new location, and all of them have been outstanding!
