Was handed a drink without ice, no straw and ignored when I asked for a straw. 10 minutes later asked to move forward, I said I 'm not moving forward till I have a refund ormy food and the straw I 've asked for. I don 't care about them cheating your cars in line time metrics. Manager was then rudeand had to ask me what my order even was before telling me she is refunding my order, then yelled at me to never come back. Iwon 't. In a moment a bot is going to apologize and ask me to post on their internal website, I won 't.

Tonya was the nicest person I’ve spoken to in weeks—she made me feel like part of the family (the good kind)! She was incredibly pleasant and professional. Even though she was wearing a mask, I could see the smile radiating from her face. It's rare to experience such genuinely friendly service. She truly brightened my day with just a small interaction. And the food? Wow, it was fantastic!

I ordered an Original RB and a shake, and... read more I’ve always been a fan of Arby’s and have typically had great experiences there, but my last visit was disappointing. I ordered an Original RB and a shake, and while the shake was fantastic, the RB was inedible. It had a small section that was sliced properly, but the rest resembled the sole of a shoe—about a quarter inch thick. This wasn't just a mistake; it was clear they didn't pay attention when making the sandwich. It’s disheartening. The condiment station was messy and out of napkins, adding to my disappointment. I even left a message on the Arby’s "Contact Us" page with photos but never received a response. It’s unfortunate because Arby’s is my favorite fast-food restaurant.
