However, my wife isn't a fan of... read more My kids really enjoy going to this restaurant because there are screens at every table, and that's mostly why we keep returning. However, my wife isn't a fan of the food. We ordered from the 2 for $25 menu, and it filled us up well enough. I think next time we go out, we'll choose a place that offers more flavorful or healthier options.

Talk t... read more Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. We got there and were told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. As we are waiting, two girls walk in. Talk to the hostess, they say they use to work here and are immediately seated. So they get to jump all the people waiting because she's friends with the hostess? Yea, no. And that's just the beginning. After 20 to 30 minutes, we are seated. The bartenders are our servers. We sat there for 10 minutes and we acknowledged by no one. No one said a thing to us. We were getting ready to leave when the female bartender came over and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. She brought us our drinks and that's the last time she checked on is. Our drinks were never refilled. She never swung by to see how we were doing. Nothing. About 40 minutes to an hour later, our food arrives but we never got any silverware. So the runner noticed and when to grab us some. While she did that, the male bartender walked by and asked if we needed anything. I told him we were missing silverware but the runner was grabbing it. He said he'd make sure we got some. The runner returns with silverware and he's behind her with plastic ware. Seriously? If it was to go, I'd understand the plastic ware but I was eating there. I expect real silverware when eating at a restaurant, not plastic. Food was cold when it arrived. I ordered a club and the bread was soggy. Disgusting. Friend ordered the firecracker shrimp pasta. Cold. And by this time, our drinks were gone. Here comes the icing on the cake. I tipped 2 dollars. I normally tip 5 to 10 but service was so horrible, I only left 2. My friend told me I shouldn't have left anything. We then hear the female bartender complaining to another patron at the bar about how she only got a 2 dollar tip. She was saying she was going to Vegas the next day and what was she supposed to do with 2 dollars? Then complained about how long we sat there (although we only sat there for so long because we were waiting for someone to acknowledge us and for our food) and how 2 dollars just wasn't acceptable. That was the final straw for me. Save yourself the trouble, don't come here. This isn't my first visit to this location but it will certainly be my last.

If you've never experienced real, home-cooked meals or visited a quality restaurant, you might rate this place five stars, and I genuinely feel sorry for you. But then again, I suppose there will always be some unfortunate souls who haven't ventured far enough to appreciate better dining, and that's what keeps places like this in business.

The waitress was picking up plates that still had food on them. The steak was tough and lacked flavor, not to mention it was burnt despite ordering it medium well. The potatoes were cold. I requested two boxes for my kids' meals, but never received them. We spent over $100 for a meal that was disappointing. Thanks for ruining our Easter dinner, Applebee's.
