We stayed here in 2015 and thought the hotel was fantastic so we decided to spend 3 nights there again. We were disappointed with this stay for a number of reasons:The first room we were offered was tiny. We upgraded to a family room which was better but on the first floor and the back of the hotel on a busy road so very noisy. We worked out that the first floor rooms are not that great.
