We always go to Enzo's at least 3-4 times when we are in Garmisch. I am from this city and visit once or twice a year. It's a favorite place to eat for locals as well as visitors who stumbled upon it. The food is...always fresh and prepared to perfection.. The owner is the head waiter, so you know the service is A+. The food here is very good and almost worth the wait. When we arrived the restaurant had about 30 people there but only two waiters they got to us but only just before we were about to up and leave after 25 minutes of...nothing. This may have just been bad timing with lots of tables arriving together just before we did, we don't know but at the very least an explanation or apology as they passed would have been helpf... We had a wonderful dinner for 14 people, including four kids. The service was great, food expectations exceeded. Tucked away on a back street in Garmish, don't miss this fine establishment, reasonably priced.
This is not a fancy restaurant but cosy with good service and good food. It can be a bit crowded and noisy.
Da Enzo is a very nice place that exist since 1995 in Garmisch. Three pizza were made with perfect toppings, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Basic and just very good food. The recommended wine was also a hit. The service was nice, even though we had to strangle the waiter for a bottle of water.
There are several Italian restaurants in Garmisch but Da Enzo is probably the best one. If you just want a pizza with the kids this isn't the place for you as the clientele are a little older although pizza and pasta are there if you want them.This place is a notch above the usual Italian restaurants in town.
