Luckily I hav... read more I started coming to this location maybe 2 months ago. I was very pleased starting out and like most, I like Wingstop so I order pretty frequently. Luckily I have no complaints about the food besides them sometimes not knowing well done, doesn’t mean BURNT! However, the customer service here is trash. They’re never friendly or even welcoming to say the least. Tonight I was picking up my food, the guy at the counter walked off so I’m just standing there until someone helps me out. The lady walks from the kitchen to the counter and looks directly at me and asked the lady behind me “how can I help you?”…I was so confused cause she literally looked at me. In a condescending way, She then stated she thought the guy helped me, she was definitely lying. Please talk to your staff, maybe go over some customer service tips they are very much lacking in that area.

The fries were fresh, the vegetables fresh too and the ranch goes perfect with everything. The staff is great and very friendly.

That was highly disappointing since I loved them from a different location and wanted them again by my house.
