What Ignacio Hidalgo doesn't like about Whataburger:
They consistently get orders wrong, serve cold food and make you wait at the very least 20 minutes. Seriously just went yesterday, got two combos for breakfast. Cold coffee, and missing items once again after trying to give them anothershot. AVOID AVOID AVOID View all feedback.
Food is what you expect but the service is always lacking. The people are nice, but they are in absolutely no rush to get you your food quickly. I don't know if the burners are on the lowest setting or if one person is doing everything while the otherjust watches. But if you go with no line in the drive thru and no one in the dining room be ready to wait 40 mins for your foodfor 2.
Honestly I been going here for 21 years. Never once could I think of a bad experience food or servicewise. BUT lines do take forever in the drive through.
They repeatedly mess up orders, serve cold food, and make you wait at least 20 minutes. I just went there yesterday and ordered two breakfast combos. The coffee was cold, and they forgot some items again, even after I gave them another chance. I highly recommend avoiding this place!
We arrived at this restaurant at 9:34 am on a Saturday, and despite the long line outside, we decided to go in. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and informed that they were a bit short-staffed but asked for a moment of patience. Shortly after that, our order was taken. The staff worked incredibly fast and truly made a great team. We could hear laughter coming from the kitchen, and it was clear they were having a good time while providing excellent service. The food was served hot, and everything was just wonderful. Special thanks to GM Angel, and shout-outs to Cole, Ieshia, and Marcus for being amazing. Our order was 258587. Overall, a fantastic experience!
SLOWEST WHATABURGER EVER!!! Be ready to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru line for your food. My order is consistently wrong, and the employees don’t seem to care. I understand they have a "now hiring" sign, which suggests they might be short-staffed, but there's no excuse for such long waits for incorrect orders that aren’t even hot. This franchise is definitely going downhill.
