What User doesn't like about Subway:
This is the only location in the nearby city. We arrived just two minutes before closing time and found that there were still customers inside. Despite the door being unlocked, they turned us away as if we were arriving 30 minutes late. We are disappointed and will not be returning. Maybe we will try eating somewhere else instead of Subway. I was so dissatisfied.... the person in front of us asked for a couple of items to be put on his 4 foot longs and every response was, we're out of that .. so the next customer asked for mushrooms, they no longer carry mushrooms. I asked for a garden salad with spinach and not lettuce... guess what I was told?? Lol, you guessed it.... they were out of spinach! I almost responded with, why are you even open!! But I didn't... but really though- why are you open without being stocked
They close the doors of a business before the times posted? Change the closing time to 5 to 7 minutes before time posted already. Close the door from hanging outside and lock it when a customer pulls in at 9:54pm. I promise mine was simple for theirsake but it's still a business.
I was extremely unsatisfied with my experience at this restaurant. The customer in front of us requested certain ingredients for his 4-foot long sandwich, only to be told that they were out of everything he asked for. When the next customer asked for mushrooms, they were told that they no longer carry them. I tried to order a garden salad with spinach instead of lettuce, but was also told that they were out of spinach. It was almost tempting to question why the restaurant was even open if they weren't properly stocked, but I refrained. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
