That's the only thing they do. I have tried them about 3 or 4 times, and all of my experiences were bad. The drive-thru is always slow! They only follow basic commands, and it takes at least 10-15 minutes for them to give you your food. By the time you finally get your food, it's cold, and they just dump all the fries into the cartons. The employees clearly do not care. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I ordered a footlong hot dog with chili and cheese, but when I got it home, there was no chili or cheese on the hot dog itself. Instead, most of it was on the packaging. View all feedback.
Understaffed or untrained employees. Three cars took 45 minutes in the drive-through. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a large cheese tater tots. The tots were a little burnt and I wanted a solid 15 minutes at the window. The staff was cleaning, and one person always taking care of the cooking, so it was fresh, just not fast at all. Would recommend for those who have tall vehicles, as their drive-through could fit a semi truck.
Worst fast food experience ever! They claim they didn?t get my full order from the app and then refused to process the proper order. When I asked if there was any solution, they just told me I had to call the 800 number. The attendant was completely rude and unwilling to work with me. I took the half of the order that was correct and she just smirked. I asked her where the straws were and she just pointed to the end of the aisle. Do not go to this Sonic!
Takes forever to get food. Been twice already that I wait over 30 mins. And both times I gotten my order wrong. Today they didn't add bacon or jalapeños on my burger after I was charged for it. My drink was full of ice after I said easy ice?.
