Outlaw Steakhouse Saloon - Garland

I had high hopes for an exceptional meal, but my medium-rare steak was overcooked to well done, with no trace of red or even pink. I wasn't impressed, although I've heard wonderful things about this place. I'm hoping my experience was just a fluke.

Charming atmosphere in this quaint small town. The smoked king cut is exceptional. The staff is非常友好 (very friendly).

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The steaks and burgers were excellent, and the appetizers were delicious too. They also had a great selection of cold beers. The kids enjoyed their meals as well. We watched the game while eating and sipping on a couple of beers. Overall, it was a wonderful time with great service!

I ordered a draft beer, but after waiting so long for it that I decided to cancel the order, the waitress informed me it was "setting up" at the bar. By the time it would have reached me, it had sat there so long that it completely lost its 2-inch head! How long does that take? Moreover, our waitress never checked on our water glasses for refills, and when my wife requested one, she grabbed the glass by the top — not the best practice. The men's restroom has a quirky setup where the urinal is immediately inside the door and somewhat separated from the rest of the space. This design seems to allow many men to finish their business without having to walk into the main area to wash their hands. Nevertheless, the prime rib was indeed very good.
