I been coming for years to this restaurant but suddenly theirs burgers don?t taste the same. I came on Wednesday on the drive I order a number 1 . I was at the window ,the burger was sitting there for long time waiting for them to handed it out and pay them . They took too long I came home took a bite was cold and dint taste good I just throw it away . They had great staff back then. I think there?s a Hispanic lady that?s been there for years she is great I just haven?t seen her
I go to Griff's because it's affordable and the quality is outstanding. I've always been served by a smiling face; someone who doesn't have an attitude problem. If you want a good burger at a good price, I highly recommend Griff's!
Our first time and decided to try it after church. Not bad. Everything was decent until my husband got his cheeseburger and didn?t have any lettuce tomato and onion. Same with my burger, didn?t come with the dressings. Super weird. Then they were out of jalapeños and ranch. So we couldn?t really enjoy our onion rings. I don?t know if we will come back and if we do, it will be to just remind them to have all the fixings before we order.
Has definitely gone down in quality and experience. Recently my orders have been wrong. My most recent drive thru visit my order was wrong so I called the store and was told to bring the burger back across town or save my order and bring the entire order back the next day so they can fix it. Do not recommend this location. I see why the now hiring sign has been up for the last 2 years.
Good burger and fries. ?? (Drive-thru) Service was timely and polite, although I didn 't receive any napkins in my bag. Next time I 'll also ask for ketchup. I modified my burger order to remove one of the included veggies (onion). It had a few bites worth of diced onion in the lettuce. ? Be careful if you have allergies or severe food aversion. Accuracy and extras like complimentary ketchup packets and napkins would make it a five star fast food experience. Confused why there 's only one size (seemed small to me) order of fries?? For $2.59. They 're really good, otherwise I 'd remove a star. Giant Cheeseburger fries $7.56

I had the #2 combo w/coca cola and fries it was delicious scrumptious and just enough salt on the fries omg.....
Y'all I'm not even a burger person like that so when I say runnn now and pick up the keys and get here asap go. I ordered the number one, I didn't realize it was a double patty but I'm not even mad about it. Everything just tasted fresh, the bun was toasted and the patty was perfectly cooked. I had no wait time to order as there was no line. The fry's could've been a bit more crispy but that's just my preference and the don't skimp out on the drinks so be prepared to be handed a oversized cup lol. Can't say too much about the inside as I went through the drive through
This place can be great, when you get there at the right time. The onion rings are always good, cooked to order. Burgers, hi or miss. When the burger patties are hot! WOW When they are not, average burgers. You can tell when the cook and prep team care. Still better than most
I have been coming to this restaurant often on since I was a kid. The quality of service today, though was terrible. They got my order wrong, which they corrected for the most part. After giving me my food I asked where my 44 ounce sprite with no ice wise, and was told I didn't order a drink. I asked for the receipt because I need it for accounting. This was purchased for my employees, was told that the receipt was in the bag. Received the wrong receipt in the bag. They gave me my drink which was almost completely ice with a splash of sprite in it. I'd like the store manager contact me if you want this negative review. Somebody needs to have a conversation with your employees.
For a fast food joint Griffs hamburgers does not disappoint, the burger was fresh as well as the fries the tea was amazing. Jacks new burger don't come close just saying. Service was quick and nice. The only bad thing I have to say about the place is that someone needs to stay washing the tables and keep the floor clean, I understand your busy and we know why but please keep you place clean, keep someone on it. 3.6 star rating due to me having to clean my table and the 3 others I seen that had to clean theirs as well. But good great. It could have been 4 stars for real but I couldn't put 3.6, it also could've been a possible 5 star review.

The front lobby was dirty and greasy and all the people that work there look pretty dirty
Great Burgers.. kind of gives you Whataburger but juicier...
Never been to a Griff's before moving here 22 years ago. We only live about one mile away. Yay we lucked out!!! DELISH! WE RECOMMEND!
I ate my first Griffs in the 1960s as a child. It was a treat to be able to find one and have lunch. Good buger and not overpriced. Easy parking.
Griff's is a great greasy spoon!! Love the burgers. Great onion rings and shakes as well.

Had the chicken sandwich it was actually good I was surprised that a burger joint could have a good chicken sandwich. My nephew's 11 and 13 had the GIANT DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER they said that they had never had a burger that good they can work on there FRIES pretty plain.
Griff's is my absolute favorite place to get a burger and fries. I actually prefer it over the fancy gourmet places. It's really just that good. And it's not too expensive either. Service at this location is also good. I didn't even realize there was a store in Garland until I drove by it randomly one day. Highly recommended!
I have been eating at Griff's for awhile now and I think their food is very good! They are very reasonable on prices when everyone else charges too much for a hamburger and fries. I highly recommend them. They just might become your favorite hamburger.
Affordable quick and overall good burger. Would have got 5 stars but the floors were kind of gross. Had a film of grease like the mop was dirty. We will be back though.
Came here for my first time today and the lady who took my order was super nice to me, got my order right and really enjoyed how filling it was. At the moment I can’t taste or smell cause I had COVID two weeks ago but I’ll definitely be coming back to try it for the taste lol. I’ve herd so much good stuff about this place I just had to try it lol, I’m always down for a burger.

Honestly, I can't find anything to criticize about this place today. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and a Dr. Pepper was fantastic!
Great ratings for the sandwiches and baskets. The order accuracy was also impressive. However, the quality of the French fries could be better, and the drive-thru speed leaves much to be desired.
The burgers are reminiscent of those wonderfully savory, slightly salty ones you crave after a night of drinking.
