Went to Griff?s today and ordered two #1?s and a #2 with onion rings. The meat on the burgers was over cooked, the edges burnt, and here are my onion rings. All stuck together and not fully cooked. The person taking my order could not get it right (and it was a simple order) and the chick at the window basically threw the food at me. Accuracy and extraslike complimentary ketchup packets and napkins would make it a five star fast food experience. Confused why there 's only onesize (seemed small to me) order of fries????? I been coming for years to this restaurant but suddenly theirs burgers don?t taste the same. I came on Wednesday on the drive I order a number 1 . I was at the window ,the burger was sitting there for long time waiting for them to handed it out and paythem . They took too long I came home took a bite was cold and dint taste good I just throw it away . They had great staff backthen. I think there?s a Hispanic lady that?s been there for years she is great I just haven?t seen her
Has definitely gone down in quality and experience. Recently my orders have been wrong. My most recent drive thru visit my order was wrong so I called the store and was told to bring the burger back across town or save my order and bring the entire orderback the next day so they can fix it. Do not recommend this location. I see why the now hiring sign has been up for the last 2years.
Our first time and decided to try it after church. Not bad. Everything was decent until my husband got his cheeseburger and didn?t have any lettuce tomato and onion. Same with my burger, didn?t come with the dressings. Super weird. Then they were outof jalapeños and ranch. So we couldn?t really enjoy our onion rings. I don?t know if we will come back and if we do, it will beto just remind them to have all the fixings before we order.

I had the #2 combo w/coca cola and fries it was delicious scrumptious and just enough salt on the fries omg.....
Y'all I'm not even a burger person like that so when I say runnn now and pick up the keys and get here asap go. I ordered the number one, I didn't realize it was a double patty but I'm not even mad about it. Everything just tasted fresh, the bun was toasted and the patty was perfectly cooked. I had no wait time to order as there was no line. The fry's could've been a bit more crispy but that's just my preference and the don't skimp out on the drinks so be prepared to be handed a oversized cup lol. Can't say too much about the inside as I went through the drive through
The burgers are good. They are similar to those at What-a-burger. They need to clean the drive thru window area because it is VERY unappetizing. But, if you can get past that or go inside, you'll like the burgers and fries. I also like the onion rings. They have Coke products. If you drink diet, they only have Diet Coke available. I wish they would get Diet Dr. Pepper, but I am resigned to the fact that there's probably no chance of that. If they clean up a bit, I'd be thrilled to increase the number of stars. But, right now I can only give three stars because it REALLY grossed me out. I honestly couldn't enjoy the meal.recommend going inside rather than the drive thru for that reason.
Why do I have to pull up for shakes to be made? Especially when I have sat in line for 5-10 min already? This place is extremely slow, in my opinion.
For a fast food joint Griffs hamburgers does not disappoint, the burger was fresh as well as the fries the tea was amazing. Jacks new burger don't come close just saying. Service was quick and nice. The only bad thing I have to say about the place is that someone needs to stay washing the tables and keep the floor clean, I understand your busy and we know why but please keep you place clean, keep someone on it. 3.6 star rating due to me having to clean my table and the 3 others I seen that had to clean theirs as well. But good great. It could have been 4 stars for real but I couldn't put 3.6, it also could've been a possible 5 star review.

The front lobby was dirty and greasy and all the people that work there look pretty dirty

I have been a loyal customer of Griff's for over 20 years. It's a charming little place with a straightforward menu and delicious food. Definitely a family favorite!
Great Burgers.. kind of gives you Whataburger but juicier...
Never been to a Griff's before moving here 22 years ago. We only live about one mile away. Yay we lucked out!!! DELISH! WE RECOMMEND!

Had the chicken sandwich it was actually good I was surprised that a burger joint could have a good chicken sandwich. My nephew's 11 and 13 had the GIANT DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER they said that they had never had a burger that good they can work on there FRIES pretty plain.
Griff's is my absolute favorite place to get a burger and fries. I actually prefer it over the fancy gourmet places. It's really just that good. And it's not too expensive either. Service at this location is also good. I didn't even realize there was a store in Garland until I drove by it randomly one day. Highly recommended!
I have been eating at Griff's for awhile now and I think their food is very good! They are very reasonable on prices when everyone else charges too much for a hamburger and fries. I highly recommend them. They just might become your favorite hamburger.
Affordable quick and overall good burger. Would have got 5 stars but the floors were kind of gross. Had a film of grease like the mop was dirty. We will be back though.
Came here for my first time today and the lady who took my order was super nice to me, got my order right and really enjoyed how filling it was. At the moment I can’t taste or smell cause I had COVID two weeks ago but I’ll definitely be coming back to try it for the taste lol. I’ve herd so much good stuff about this place I just had to try it lol, I’m always down for a burger.

Great ratings for the sandwiches and baskets. The order accuracy was also impressive. However, the quality of the French fries could be better, and the drive-thru speed leaves much to be desired.
Honestly, I can't find anything to criticize about this place today. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and a Dr. Pepper was fantastic!
The burgers are reminiscent of those wonderfully savory, slightly salty ones you crave after a night of drinking.
