For the main course, I chose a classic beef tartare from the menu accompanied by French fries. As a starter, I chose from today's menu a warm red thuna on salads of young leaves seasoned with a vinaigrette. The service recommended a glass of Chardonnay from Italy. Dessert was a glass tiramisu with pieces of amaretti and excellent espresso. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the friendly exchanges with the service staff and the very balanced and delicate meal.
