Sweet blintzes were fantastic! Not excessively sweet, perfectly balanced. The smooth texture of the filling was also perfect. Have been going there many years. I can see a price increase but they are ridiculous. Over the past several months prices on hot lunch food have nearly doubled. I used to go because food was ok but mostly because prices were very reasonable. I'm not going to pay top dollar for food that is not top quality. I tried the dressing and it was great, I wouldn't be surprised if it was homemade. TRAINING
I'm married to a 100% Polish man and I'm part of Irish. We have potatoes and good food together. I love, love, love the Golden Eagle and its Pierogies and hot food, candy, Kielbasa. (especially the fresh kielbasa) when they cook and you go there, you want to eat the whole place, it smells sooooooo good. The only problem is to park to get into the store, usually my husband goes in and I drive around the block a few times to pick him up. The food is worth it, they know how to cook!
It is a nice friendly Polish deli with many delicious dishes ready to eat home if you don't know what it is, the friendly participant will explain it to you because I don't speak Polish or understand Polish names on items, so they will gladly explain to you what the product is, low price large portions take prepared foods at affordable prices when you love sea bass it is only available on Wednesday
