This Dunkin' Donuts location is rather disappointing. I ordered a medium hot caramel macchiato, but I received an iced version instead. Additionally, it took them 10 minutes to prepare my drink.
I’m new to the mobile app and accidentally placed the same order twice this morning. Instead of refunding me for the second order, the staff informed me that they couldn't issue a refund, but that I would have breakfast for today and tomorrow instead. Really? I'm quite disappointed.
I like visiting this restaurant because it's conveniently located for me. I usually go on Saturday and Sunday mornings. However, I must mention that the young woman at the counter during those times isn't very friendly; she doesn't greet customers and seems to have a bit of an attitude. Thankfully, there are other staff members available, so I might just drop by for a quick visit since it's on my way to work.
