I ordered directly from Marcos online and included a 2L Pepsi. However, when my order was delivered by DOOR DASH, the Pepsi was missing because the store was supposedly out of stock. I called the store and was told that the driver had promised to substitute Diet Pepsi, but it was not included either. I ordered delivery and it arrived quicker than estimated, and the food tasted delicious.
I ordered directly from Marcos online and included a 2L Pepsi. However, when my order was delivered by DOOR DASH, the Pepsi was missing because the store was supposedly out of stock. I called the store and was told that the driver had promised to substitute Diet Pepsi, but it was not included either. The store said they couldn't do anything about it because they didn't have the driver's information. This is why I believe people shouldn't tip in advance.
