Texas Fried Chicken Kabab - Gardner

The first time and the place nice and clean. Service was very nice and friendly. Food was great, favorites would be their French fries and portions were a very good size.

1st time here and I just left. The counter person was more interested and engaged with his personnel phone call than his customers! I get better service at Cumberland Farms! I ordered and paid for a 2 piece chicken combo with mash and 1 coleslaw. Didn't receive any coleslaw and the chicken was very bland and full of oil! Back to Kentucky Fried Chicken for me!!!

My friend and I ordered chicken, macaroni and cheese, wedges, a few desserts, and sodas. The food came out so quickly that it was clear it hadn’t been made fresh, especially given the quantity we ordered. The chicken was greasy, tasteless, and barely warm. The macaroni and cheese was bland and cold, and the wedges were dry and hardly warm. The sauces we tried—honey mustard and sweet and sour—were disappointing. The honey mustard barely tasted like mustard, while the sweet and sour was just off in both texture and flavor. The desserts, which were obviously store-bought, were less than impressive too. Honestly, the best part of my meal was the soda. I expected that, with "Texas" in the restaurant's name, they would at least serve Dr. Pepper, but they didn’t. During our visit, the employee seemed to be the only one working, and the state of the bathroom was absolutely horrifying. The toilet was overflowing with waste, and there was poop smeared down the bowl. The floor was sticky, there was barely any soap for washing hands, and no paper towels for drying them. This restaurant is an insult to Texas, and it’s shameful to associate its name with such a disgusting establishment.

The food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I really enjoyed the mixed chicken and steak rice plate, and the guys were nice enough to give me complimentary hummus and soda.

This place is absolutely terrible! The customer service is awful, and the owner is incredibly rude. To make matters worse, they served me chicken that still had feathers on it! I'm really upset and want a refund. I think the health department should be notified about this.
