The food was the same as always—everything tastes the same no matter what you choose. However, the young man at the pay and pick-up window was very polite, helpful, and friendly.

Drive through tells us we cant order 2pc 2 sides with no drink and demand they never did this,,, go back a week later and no problems ordering that. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY!!! They can not get it right

All I want is no lettuce on things, seems simple… it’s not.I have yet to eat at a Taco Bell that has listened to no lettuce on a crunch wrap. It sounds dramatic but it’s a running joke with my husband and I because every time I go to a new location and have a glimmer of hope it’s crushed. I’ve even told them it’s an allergy and still can’t win.Taco Bell went south since losing their creative director dude to chipotle a few years back.

I spent 87$ last night, not only was half the food wrong but the food was packed so tight that when I pulled the paper bags out of the big plastic bag all the f... read more I spent 87$ last night, not only was half the food wrong but the food was packed so tight that when I pulled the paper bags out of the big plastic bag all the food came out the bottom of the brown bags because it was so packed tight and all the condensation. The tacos were bent in half all of them broken from being so tightly packed. It was a big waste of money and will never go back to the gardner location again.
