However, the large mashed potatoes had a crusty bottom layer, indicating they may have been kept in the warmer for too long, and they tasted off, rendering them inedible. I’m willing to give them another chance in the future.

They were extremely helpful when I needed to modify my order while managing my two young kids. A special shout-out to the manager, who was busy retraining someone but still took the time to assist us. They were absolutely wonderful!

However, the person taking my order seemed hurried and didn't take the time to listen. I had to repeat my order multiple times before she got it right, and I didn't even make any modifications; it was just a K8. I believe they should consider offering better pay to their employees during busy times to attract more attentive staff and enhance overall efficiency.

During my first visit, the staff member was quite rude and didn't ask my son which type of meat or taco he wanted. However, my second visit was fantastic! The waitress was wonderful and made the experience enjoyable.

You get what you expect. But I really like the staff here. They were especially helpful for me when I kept changing my mind on my order with my two young children with me. They were really awesome! Especially the manager who was onduty training somebody new.

That being said, I must applaud them for consistently getting my orders correct. The gentleman who took my order was very attentive, listened closely, and repeated everything back to me without any interruptions. When I reached the window, the employee greeted me warmly with a genuine "good afternoon," which I truly appreciated. For me, that’s a major plus. So, when I decide to treat myself to this kind of food, I prefer to support a restaurant that values friendly service and attentive customer care.

Is this for real? The chicken I had was so dry it was like eating cardboard. These restaurants are really starting to go overboard! If they continue down this path, they'll end up putting themselves out of business.
