Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I have dined at multiple Freddy's locations and have always enjoyed their patty melt. However, this particular location did not meet my expectations. The food didn't taste as good and the key lime concrete dessert was disappointing. Unlike the other locations where they waited until I was finished eating to bring it, they made it right away here and it had mostly melted by the time I was done. I ordered a meal which included a drink, but overall, I was not impressed and will probably not return to this location.

The service was slow and the food was not up to par. The restaurant was not busy and the condiment bar was dirty. There were no napkins or straws, and employees were seen standing around talking instead of working. It was a Friday night and there didn't seem to be a responsible manager on duty, which was disappointing. Additionally, we noticed that the quantity of fries in all six orders had been reduced while prices had been raised.

Great food friendly staff. My main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the drive thru is always 20-25 mins for me. I?ve been thru 3 times since open and hoped that would get better but I?m always left rushing over my lunch break. Hope they can iron out their process to get food out faster for drive thru because I love Freddy?s!

Poor customer service. Asked to get ketchup filled 3 times. I keep getting told when we can. There are 3 people standing around doing nothing. Food all over the floors. A person from the drive through has just brought his order back in because the gave him the wrong order. Not very impressed.

I go to Freddie's frequently. This restaurant is by far the best fast food.???? I see the reviews on here and have to wonder what your truely expecting. 1. At least 80 percent of thier employees are teenagers with thier first job. Most adults won't do this job but your going to hound them for trying.
