Safety lapses (unattended child in the store) and landscaping that obstructs street visibility on exit have also been flagged. Regulars still praise the staff and convenience, but visitors should be prepared for mixed experiences with service, food consistency, and safety.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. However, there was one issue: getting out of the restaurant was a bit tricky. The plants obstruct the view of the street, making it difficult for cars to see in either direction.
The staff here is friendly and very helpful. They are always willing to remake drinks for you, even if you've had a bad experience at another Dunkin' location. 17 Pearson will always be my go-to Dunkin'!
This place is fantastic. The morning staff is incredibly attentive and always polite, friendly, and considerate. They truly deserve every bit of praise!
I spend too much money here as well ?
They need to pay closer attention to detail and listen to the customer. Also stir the coffee!
