I asked for a refresher with no ice (they’re already cold enough) and I was given a half cup and still charged full price. The server had an attitude as well, which was uncalled for. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. This has never been an issue in the past, so idk if this is your new policy or you just have hostile staff. View all feedback.
I stopped going, and I finally figured out why. It's not because of the workers, as they've almost always been friendly and helpful. It's because of the Donuts! I can remember getting Chocolate Covered Donuts with a nice hard Chocolate frosting. NOW, even in the winter cold it is basically a syrupy mess. It's really just sticky and gross. Chocolate frosted, Boston Creme, I don't even know if they still do eclairs. I can make the coffee at home, but not the Donuts. But these are no longer the donuts me and the family use to enjoy!
In the convenience store, employees should not bring their toddlers to work unattended to disturb the clients, there was not even a playpin for that kid. The cashier left the kid in the isle following everyone in the store. That is dangerous and it can open the door and go outside. Child at risk.
If youre trying to order here don't bother trying to go inside. You'll be waiting at the front counter for who knows how long unless you speak up. Waited there for 5 minutes and no one even checked to see if anyone was waiting.
They need to pay closer attention to detail and listen to the customer. Also stir the coffee!
I paid for white cheddar cheese and still got orange cheese im not pissed jus bothered that I paid extra for nothing
