What X doesn't like about Subway:
There were several workers there, but only one person was working the front. The people out back were told there are customers out front and ignored me. Only when their friend popped in did they come right up to help them. I wasn't even greeted, I was just asked, what do you want. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
I noticed several staff members at the restaurant, but only one was attending to customers at the front. The employees in the back seemed aware that there were people waiting outside but chose to ignore me. It was only when a friend of theirs came in that they suddenly rushed over to assist. I wasn't given a warm welcome; instead, I was simply asked what I wanted. Overall, I would rate the food as a 5, but the service and atmosphere both deserve a 1.
