Dunkin' Donuts - Gardiner

The coffee was good, but I often get the impression that this location is low on supplies and has malfunctioning machines. I understand it’s not the staff's fault. I really wish the company would invest more in setting this location up for success.

I’ve had the worst experiences at this Dunkin’ on three separate occasions! They always get my orders wrong, and the wait times are ridiculous. The staff isn’t very friendly either. I recommend going to a different location for your Dunkin’ fix. Even better, consider supporting a local business like Spokecoffee down the street!

This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. My orders are consistently wrong every day, but the last two days have been especially terrible. Today, I had to tell the short lady at the drive-thru to mute her mic before she started complaining. I placed my coffee order, and once she finished, I was still trying to communicate my order. If she is the manager, she needs to go. I work in the food and beverage industry, and if she were my employee, I would have fired her on the spot for being rude and incompetent. It's embarrassing for the company. I understand the challenges of short staffing, but treating customers like a nuisance is unacceptable.

They seem to be really struggling with having the lobby open. When it is just drive through everything is great and I have really had my order messed up. But now that there is the lobby open, they seem way to understaffed or are not equipped to handlethe lobby and the drive-through at the same time. The drive-through was chugging along as there is 15 of us in the lobby waitingfor our orders. I?m not normally one to complain about wait times but this was a little bit silly.g you can tell that theemployees are absolutely drained and exhausted, because of lack of staff.

My mobile order lets me select walk in for pickup . The sign on the door says ?our lobby is open?. Nope. Doors locked lights out, you gotta wait in a long line of cars to pock up your order. Totally undermining the reasons you order ahead in the firstplace. Its ok i can use the extra time to write this review while i wait in a long lone of car to get what i already orderedand paid for. Thanks.
