Beautiful hotel, but sometimes there is a lot of Noice because there is a convention hotel. Pros: Nice room Good reception area possible to work there Gym had a lot of equipment plus sauna negatives: Very expensive food catering bathroom (I don't like bathtubs) cold floors

There is a muddy road between hotel and shuttle bus stop. If you have large luggage, it is difficult to reach the bus stop during winter time.

Clarion Hotel Congress Oslo Airport is a conference hotel located just a few minutes drive from the terminal at Oslo Airport. There is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the terminal for a fee. The hotel staff appeared friendly but a bit reserved and I missed some more interest and commitment for me as a guest both at check-in and check-out. The same went for the staff in the restaurant. The guest room was equipped with a minibar, flat screen TV and an armchair, but I missed a work desk. The bed had clean and freshly ironed linen and the mattress was comfortable and in good condition. The cleanliness and the maintenance of the room was good. The bathroom appeared clean and inviting, with dispensers with products from Rituals which helped to lift the overall impression. The hotel's common areas could have been somewhat cleaner and there were some signs of poor maintenance. The selection in the restaurant was very limited, but it was stated that the menu would be expanded with more dishes when the hotel was back in full operation after the Christmas and New Year celebrations. I also missed the opportunity to order room service and menus or QR code for the menu in the guest room. Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a rich selection of both hot and cold dishes. However, the selection is not particularly excellent and better breakfasts are served at other nearby hotels. The staff in the breakfast room seemed friendly, but even here I missed more commitment and enthusiasm for the guests. There was free working wireless internet throughout the hotel.

It was a very comfortable stay. Room and bathroom heating works great. Excellent breakfast. friendly and friendly welcome. I wish they would update the TV. It has no apps. The shuttle bus S44 is from/to the airport.

I haven't pushed through deep snow for a long time. This hotel is so cozy! I love the cozy decor it is so beautiful.
