a great hotel, connected to the airport via shuttle bus. the breakfast is free and has several possibilities. there are also free coffee tee. the only conus was that it was loud during 1pm that disturbed the sleep a little View all feedback.

the recipe was very nice and helpful. I guess the hotel was reopened today (on 1st august,) but the room was unbearably hot. the curse was hot. the whole 4th was cooking. it was just 85 in the room. I opened the window and got a fan, but the room remained disgusting hot. How can you do that? I really should get a full refund. that is the worst hotel experience of all time. View all feedback.

Pros: Friendly, responsive staff Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options Great walking paths around the hotel Easy transfer to/from the airport Excellent gym with a great selection of equipment (rowing machine, x country skiing machine, assault bike, assault ropes, barbells, etc. Solid internet/wifi connection Cons: Couldn't find our reservation under our name Originally no extra bed in our room although it had been reserved in advance Extra bed broke simply by sleeping in it Very close to airport and it's associated noise, constant take-offs and engine whine Bed is ridiculously soft and posed problems for my back Pillows (as in most EU countries is forgettable and uncomfortable
I had reserved two rooms and I came today and there is a note on the door that had been sent to guests who had kept them transferred to the comfort runway. that is crazy, unprofessional and unacceptable. no one from the hotel or at the company level has contacted me. I went away to comfort and interacted with an rude reciper called andrea. I gave her my name and she said I never delivered an email so they could contact me. that's a lie and I've proven in my reservation. I can't treat the system that needs an email. wow! this is hospitable.

Beautiful hotel, but sometimes there is a lot of noice because it is a congress hotel. positiw: nice room good reception area possible to work there gym had a lot of equipment plus sauna negatiw: very expensive eating pot bath (I don't like baths) cold floors
