Few hotels in the good old style have survived like this one. A comfortable bathtub with little things provided in the form of shelves and a drying rope over the bathtub.

Nothing works, and nothing has been cared for in years: T... read more I stayed at this hotel on June 29th, 2023. The sheer lack of upkeep in the rooms was almost laughable. Nothing works, and nothing has been cared for in years: The light switches were all broken, meaning that the only way to turn off lights was by removing the key card (leaving zero power for charging anything overnight. The AC/temperature control wouldn’t work due to a faulty door sensor (error code of ‘DOOR’ was not fixable). I was in a group of five, across three rooms. Every single room had the AC and light issues. Furthermore, the singular ice machine for the entire hotel was broken and none of the front desk/concierge workers were even aware. The sign on the machine was tattered and discolored, so this is not a new issue. This hotel represents a fundamental lack of management and a deep comfort with the fact they can provide horrendous services while still making money (as the only airport option). The one bright spot was the restaurant. Fantastic fish and chips and great service/hospitality! Outside of food services, the general attitude of staff was burned out and unhappy. I truly hope the managers/owners can improve this mess.

We are a family with young kids and was warmly welcomed by Nardages and her colleagues. She was kind and proactively assisted us. Greatly appreciate the service provided. Will certainly consider Radisson hotels in the future.
