Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I went in this evening. I was going to go to the bathroom and get me some dinner. I was told by a worker I could not go to the bathroom so I had to leave and I couldn't order. I've had nothing but problems over the year. I decided to come back this evening when I called the manager. Caroline, she did not help. This is the same manager that I gave my name and number two when I had my first complaint to speak with the owner and I still have not heard from a main manager or an owner and it's been a little over a year. This Zaxby's and Gardendale and fultondale is not very polite. Not very business-like and does not greet customers. Very rude staff.

Seriously the best Zaxby's in alabama. We went in for lunch and there was no wait. The food was fresh and piping hot. The restaurant to include the bathrooms were very clean.

Typical Zaxby's. Clean, quiet, no drama with or from patrons and staff. Great food, good service, polite courteous helpful staff.

I love the new Chicken Philly… I just wish it weren’t so SALTY!
