What eccls smith doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
The bar of side items are getting slimmer each time we go. They started adding the onions and peppers together again which is not good for me since I can't have the onions but I can eat the peppers. You specifically have to ask for fresh jalopenos and the chips have been quite stale lately.Food: 4/5 View all feedback.

Food Was Decent But The Staff Was Terrible! The Young Black Girl Put Queso On My Food, Doing What She Wanted And Did Not Give Me A Chance To Say I Wanted It On The Side. She Then In The Sloppiest Way, Rolled The Burrito And Rolled Her Eyes. I Was Cheated Out Of The Meat And Rice On My Nachos. They Gave Me The Skimpiest Leftovers Ever Because They Failed To Prepare More Before It Got Low. The Young Black Girl Then Tossed My Food To The Cashier With An Attitude. The Young Hispanic Girl, Who Was The Cashier, Huffed And Rolled Her Eyes Because She Tried To Double Charge Me For Queso I Did Not Get. All These Young Kids With These Attitudes Have To Go! If You Do Not Want To Work, Then Quit! Out Of The 4 Staff Members There, Only 2 Were Polite And Had Good Customer Service. Moe's in Gardendale did not disappoint me. Like all Moe's I've been to, service has always been with a smile, decent size portions, good food, at a reasonable price.
