The young women who are in charge of serving are very rude. They don't like serving people with poor English to speak to them and they throw the window in your face. They should change all those young staff who are working there. They are very rude and lack respect if you manage to get them. they serve you they give you the order reluctantly View all feedback.
Food was fair service okay employees loud and playing.
Service was good, but how about putting more than a spoonful of oatmeal in the cup.
I mean it's fast food so don't expect much, for my area service depends on which one you're at. Gardendale has a better staff than fultondale. Not sure why, they're only about 5 miles

I used the mobile app which is normally easy. Who ever was working the drive-thru should learn the alphabet. After I finally gave in and went inside, the manager said they had my order but continued to make fun of the one on the drive thru speaker. The food was so cold, I could have picked icicles off of it, and the large fry I ordered wasn't even half full. I won't be going back to this location, I'd drive around the corner to Chick-fil-A.
