The food was good the fried chicken wings were life now the sides needed some love but they were great with costumer service

I spent 55.09 on a mobile order, I called in to tell them I was coming to pick it up, for them to tell me they already handed it to some man, instead of asking me to verify anything so I could get a refund or my order remadethey just hung up. I tried to ask questions about who this guy was, if they got verification, how could they help me and they just hung up so now I'm hungry and have to do a dispute

The food is amazing and the service is wonderful!! My gf and I got into a car accident in the street in front of the restaurant and decided to eat here. They were so nice and one of the staff gave us free Kool aid to cheer us up. And the food is so satisfying, I only ate a couple sides before feeling full. It all tastes great. Love this place!

The customer service was horrible, and the food is nasty. You would be better off cooking your own food or going somewhere else. My first visit will be my last.

I went cause of the awesome reviews but I was very disappointed in how long they took to give us our food. When it came down to try the food it had potential but the gravy they used that day was so God dayum salty it was hard to eat the meatloaf. I hate eating salty food. Now I don't know if it was just that day or the gravy is always that salty. Be warned
