The ambiance is serene, complemented by attentive staff who ensure a pleasant dining experience. Regulars appreciate the omakase offerings, highlighting notable favorites such as miso soup. Overall, this establishment serves as a solid choice for sushi lovers seeking quality in a friendly neighborhood setting.
When I go there, they only offer take-out. I brought my own lunch box so I asked them to put food in my box. The quality was overall good, given this price. However, the lotus root and tree fungus are too sweet for me. The chief is a nice Japaneseperson. Good service and I felt peaceful from him.
This restaurant is amazing! The fish is always fresh and the sushi rice is delicious. The soups are also fantastic. I love getting the Kanpachi bowl almost every weekend.
I had a wonderful experience at Kanpachi, but I wouldn't suggest ordering their squid as it was too tough.
This Japanese sushi restaurant in Gardena is quite good. They serve authentic Japanese sushi, not fusion. My favorite dish is the Oshizushi. I'm pleased to find the same high quality sushi here. Don't forget to try the Mochi Ice before you leave.
The best omakase ever! the owner brian is amazing, we have come practically once a week since they have opened! their chawanmushi and the wrong suppe are our favorite and part of the omakase?
