Ordered online two drinks and a lox bagel after seeing all the reviews. Went to the store 10 mins later and showed the cashier my order.Guess they didn't see it because they didn't even start it. Cashier said it'll be about 10-15 minutes so i was okay with waiting.20 minutes later they had one drink ready. Love the drive thru, they made sure we tried it first made sure we were satisfied and said they could adjust anything if we needed. What amazing customer service! Thank you what a wonderful coffee shop
