I love the boiling crabs, but the situation takes long to get services. I know that the location is small and the services must be faster .45 min to go inside and 45 min. to receive services nd 15 min. to drink. but the services of the young is great. only the time View all feedback.
Fire, never disappointed! I always get the seafood bag with crabs, shrimps and shells and it is so tasteful!!
Recently I ordered two dozen oysters fresh and good I recommend each of the price is reasonable
I must say every time I come here, I'm never disappointed! Good service, food comes pretty fast, and I love the fresh cancer! Absolutely.
Took my mother and brother to check it out. We got there at opening and there was a line. Once the joint opened, it filled up, and stayed full. We ordered the peel and eat shrimp, it was on point. The Dungeness crab and Blue crab weren't live (out of season I guess) They were still flavorful but not ultra fresh. The crawfish were out of season so I didn't order any. If you do, get the whole sha-bang, it's the way to go. The spot is a good one. The service impeccable. The flavors all there. It's a must try. Been coming here for years and have many fond memories. This location doesn't not disappoint.
Update, Tina the manager called me, today, we spoke about the service I experienced, I told her right away I was not going to argue, she agreed, I told her i didn 't want to get anyone in trouble. told me that she saw the cameras, and the time I was there, I told her I had everything time stamped from time I got the text message and when I ordered. She stated cameras don 't lie. Basically calling me a liar, I told her the refills were about 2-3 and she said to you 2 and others 3. I told her okay if I 'm wrong then I 'm wrong. Also, she said I didn 't complain about the wings right away because I had not tasted them till I did and we asked a server to add more spice, and she stated they had them remade.... Ummm not true since they came out about 2 minutes later I had told to just add Cajun. So again calling me a liar. Then she called me out about the wall, other people do it all the time and told me I couldn 't do it. So I 'm guessing I can 't do it but others can..... she said there 's a sign, but that sign is not visible within the restaurant out of the times I have gone there. My apologies for the wall if I wasn 't suppose to do that. Now instead of fixing the problem she 's calling me out. Now I did tell her, I wasn 't going to leave a review until I had the comment from the server I don 't have time for this since my brother and I were arguing about who will pay. I told her you must go through this at least once per day. And she agreed, but then she told me her server who charged said he didn 't say that..... and then she said then he grabbed both cards and choice one. Yes he did, right after he knew he made a comment that was not right. I had 7 people who heard the same thing, so is the manager going to call all of us liers.... I had my brother next to me who was there and was arguing with me about paying, and heard that same statement. We both felt like she was calling us liers.... She apologized for that statement but felt like she didn 't mean it. I think I would have been okay without this call... ruined my day, and my review remains. Out of the tons of reviews and tbc surveys I did with 5 stars, she called me out on 2 bad experiences I had instead of fixing the issue. Thanks again, for the call, even though I felt like I was being called a lier from the manager Tina.
