Phở Quang Trung 1 - Garden Grove

We were hungry and craving for pho bo so we decided to give this place a try for pho. We were disappointed in the taste and quality of the pho ga. However, the pho chin was decent. The pho ga's meat was not pho ga di bo but regular chicken and the meat was tasteless. The meat of the chicken was bland and tasteless. The broth of the pho ga tasted kind of weird and did not taste like the regular flavor of pho ga. It tasted kind of sweet to me. On the other side, the pho chin was decent. They nailed the flavor of pho bo. Other places make it either too sweet or bland. However, did this place has decent pho broth. Yet, the meat was kind of tough to eat. We also had pho ap chao and it tasted kind of like rad na texture. The consistency of the noodles were not there. I would come back only for the pho chin. There are other places that serve better pho ga around the area.

Phở gà was bland and tasteless. $14 a bowl of tasteless watery broth and 5 tiny pieces of chicken. It's totally not worth it. Very disappointed.

Management/owner needs to clean up this place! Really wonder how they pass the health code. The tables, chairs, booths, floor, windows are filthy. Even the condiment bottles are disgusting.

The pho broth over here is ridiculously flavorful and delicious. The hospitality was friendly and the service was definitely quick... one of the best soups I've ever eaten

Little Saigon area should named Pho Land . Among ton of Pho restaurants around here. This is my favorite place for Pho. Phở bò(beef) or phở gà(chicken) soup and meat are delicious. Portion are big too. My wife and kids love their 's com sướng nướng( rice with pork chop), mì xào giòn (crunchy fry seafood noodle) and I think they made the best bún chả hà nội. At the end of each meal they always give a free small bowl of sweet black bean desert too. The place is roomy and kinda old but service is friendly and fast.
