If I'm looking for noodles, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Little Saigon to go. Tickt in a small place near the corner of Brookhurst and Westminster, parking is hard when you come to lunch. Simple menu compared to others. They serve noodles and cantons. I have my favorite #14, which is noodles with Char siu and oyster sauce. Mama. The noodle texture was crispy and perfectly cooked. It paired well with the... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mi La Cay:
I wish I could rate here 0 star. Service was terrible. This is the first time I try chinese noodle but I very disappointed. Even I didn 't get 2 minutes to look at the menu, I don 't understand why the waiter is always pushing me to order now when I haven 't had enough time to read all the dishes they have. When I asked here which dish is the best seller, the waiter replied with a very bad attitude depending on each... View all feedback.
Wow, just wow! The house special soup is absolutely delicious, and the beef and pork ball soup is equally fantastic—definitely a 10 out of 10! I can't get enough of this place, and the staff is wonderful. It doesn't matter that I drive over 50 miles just to enjoy this amazing food. Food: 5/5.
My husband really enjoys the pho at this restaurant. It was generous with both meat and noodles and arrived at the ideal temperature. My chicken was tasty, but it could have used a bit more flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the iced tea was enjoyable as well. The service was quite good; they actually come around to refill your drink, which is a nice touch that you don’t find everywhere. It's a cozy spot, and they seem to have a lot of regular customers. We’ll likely come back since my husband is interested in trying the pork kidneys.
I wish I could give this place a zero-star rating. The service was terrible. This was my first experience trying Chinese noodles, and I was very disappointed. I didn’t even have two minutes to look over the menu before the waiter insisted that I order. I don’t understand why I was rushed when I hadn’t had enough time to read through all the dishes. When I asked which dish was the best seller, the waiter responded with a very unhelpful attitude, suggesting that everyone has different tastes. She seemed uninterested in offering any recommendations, only wanting to get my order and payment as quickly as possible. I ended up ordering the special, mì cật heo, but I couldn't even manage to take a second bite. Avoid this place if you want to save your money and time! The total was $41 for two people, and the service was awful.
My friend told me this is Viet-Cambodian style restaurant. The place ok looking, but the food is good/decent for a pretty reasonable price. Their Pho is good and so is their BBQ pork on rice. Parking can be bad during lunch and dinner.
Need update business hours I came on Tuesday is closed.
