INCREDIBLE coffee. Espresso flavors are insane. I highly recommend you try this coffee haven out as soon as possible. With the mass invasion of green coffee lady it’s refreshing and welcome to see these detail oriented coffee connoisseurs do their thing.Stop reading this and go.
Cute small cafe that is mostly a coffee shop but has yummy Korean rice bowls. Came for lunch, leaving full and happy with great customer service.
My friend shared a Maddie's coffee with me once, and I've since longed to visit in person, a real drive since I'm from LA. I can't speak much for the food here, but the Vietnamese Coffee served here is nothing short of AMAZING. The perfect balance of sweet but savory, light but strong. Parking is very easy even on weekend afternoons, and I enjoy studying or working here. If you want a spot, though, make sure to come early, since is only one 4-6 person bench and 2 smaller tables that seat 2 each. I didn't inquire about Wi-Fi since I have my own hotspot, If you need access to Wi-Fi, would recommend calling to confirm if there is Wi-Fi.
This is a long overdue review for Maddie's. My BF and I came here during the weekend of Wondercon. Though we stayed near the convention center and there were plenty of food truck options there, there were tons of people around so I did a quick Yelp search for nearby Korean food and Maddie's came up since it wasn't too far from where we were.I'm so grateful we came in because we got to know Andrew, the owner, and he made my non-coffee drinking BF a convert lol. Well he doesn't drink coffee still but will get down on a delicious vanilla latte! We enjoyed the food and drinks so much, we went twice during the 3-day weekend event. The first visit I ordered the chicken katsu curry bowl and the honey latte iced with oat milk and the BF got the spicy pork bulgolgi bowl with gyoza and a soda. I forgot to take a picture of the chicken katsu but the portion size was enough, so much so I had to save 1/3 of it for the following day because it was too much for me to finish. The BF ate all of his food during our visit and said it was solid. The 2nd time we came I decided to try their bibimbap with beef bulgogi and the BF got the chicken katsu curry bowl. Again, the food slapped and we were full with happy bellies.I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed coming here. We were always welcomed kindly and got to chat with Andrew for a while during our 2nd visit. If we lived closer, I'd be a regular for sure. Andrew also plugged the nearby comic book store across the way from their place in the plaza so we also had to check it out. Maddie's is a small shop but it's worth it to dine in or take out.If you're in the area, you HAVE to stop by and try their stuff. The coffee at the least is the highlight and the food is so good! It's not too far from Disneyland so stop by before you head into the parks, you won't regret it!
This place has really really good food. I've been trying to eat more healthier and this place is perfect for that. Their veggies are extremely fresh and they give you a good amount of food! This was probably one of the best Bibimap I've had! Even their house made sauce was tasty. They added Indonesian food and dessert to their menu which looks good also! It's family owned and either the husband or wife is there to help you. They're so nice! The food also comes out really fast. I would give this place a try. I can see this place being really successful and needing to move to a bigger location in the future.
