The ice cream was really high priced but the lady who catered to me was a great representative of the Hyatt hotel. Her name was Ada,very friendly, very knowledgeable and made my treat that much more enjoyable! View all feedback.
What Midori S doesn't like about Iswii Ice Cream Shop:
I really wouldn 't come here unless I were staying at the hotel. The chocolate gelato I had was really ice cream, not gelato-like at all. The tapioca pearls in the boba were soft and had no texture. And like others said, no real free parking. View all feedback.

There are a few reasons to visit this gelato shop:1. The gelato is top notch. In particular, the Nutella.2. You can enjoy your gelato sitting in the amazing, 17 story atrium of the Hyatt. It’s a wonder to see.3. This place is very close to several hotels in the area- very convenient when you are craving gelato in this area.
Nice service and samples available. Ice cream is decent not too sweet and many selections. Some I saw were espresso, mango, strawberry cake, cookies and cream, dulce de leche, and vanilla! I had cookies n cream. In terms of cost, I had one scoop with no cone for $5 before tax. I like my ice cream on the sweeter side but the texture was nice and there were many cookie chunks. Overall, pretty good ice cream (and other dessert) option if you're staying at the Grand Hyatt.
The place is sort of hard to find but it's inside the Hyatt Regency. The lady that helped us was very welcoming, nice, and gave us samples. I ordered a double scoop; Espresso and Nutella. The espresso was bomb very strong and creamy and can also taste pieces of the espresso beans. Nutella had chunks of chocolates it was a little too sweet for me but still good. The only thing is you have to pay for parking. We were only there for 5 minutes and the parking turned out to be $8. They don't validate so if you can; I would just park on the curb and put your emergency lights on if you just plan on buying gelato/ice cream.
Found this gems inside the hotel, and it was amazing! The gelato was delicious! Will be returning
