The ramen was fantastic! The service was quick, and the atmosphere was lovely. The photo shows the Tonkotsu ramen dumplings (I mixed them a bit, so the presentation was nicer before, but I forgot to take a picture). I was really pleased with my experience here.
This restaurant offers an authentic Japanese experience with its exceptional ramen. The grilled pork is beautifully prepared, and the Butaton ramen is incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking genuine Japanese cuisine in the USA. It truly delivers on quality!
The broth for the ramen is really impressive. We tried them all, and the shoyu was surprisingly flavorful. The spicy Misto was good, though it didn't taste quite like what we expected—instead, it was more similar to Tonkatsu. The Tonkatsu had a nice rich pork flavor, and the Chashu was delicious, although slightly cold. Overall, everything was really good. We noticed a recently published menu, but it turns out the actual prices have increased by $1. Be sure to check the image for the latest menu.
The Tonkotsu wheel is my favorite if you like spicy, you should order Butaton Ramen.
If you like Ramen, you cannot go wrong. My daughter and I went for the Butaton Ramen and it is excellent. The flavor is very well balanced and the spices are enough to be tasty but not overly done.
