Genie Den - Garden Grove

This place is fantastic! I haven't dined in at the restaurant yet, but I definitely need to check it out. I frequently order from Uber Eats, and the food is always amazing. Most of the pictures are of their vegan falafel plate (which is hilarious because I've already devoured it!). The packaging for their vegan inferno falafel is excellent as well! I haven't personally tried wrapping the steak shawarma, but my picky 7-year-old loves it, and they were very accommodating with his request for no veggies. It's a great spot, and I really appreciate that they offer delicious vegan options for delivery!

I had the ribbed plate along with hummus and pita. The pita was tasty and they offered a generous portion. The hummus was also quite good. The genie bowl was alright, but the salad dressing was disappointing. The rice lacked flavor. Most of the steak was used to make hummus tzatziki tacos. I'd probably give it another try.
